Default Headlight

I recently purchased a 2002 s2000 and it seems like my headlights have different brightness levels. My driver's side looks brighter than the passenger's side. I have bent down ~25' in front of the car and the driver's side is blinding while the passenger's side is not as bright nor as blue. Has anyone else noticed this with their car?

i think the HID light bulbs are not OEM or maybe the passenger side alost out of the life...
and also what kind of color it shoots out??
the OEM it shoots white but look's like kinda yellowish around ,it's only 4300k

if it shoots out like totally white or blue ,so that means it's after market and be sure to be a new pair bulb ..
