Default HID Headlight

Hey so I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this one. So I had some reconditioning to my headlights done today and the headlights came out awesome. I went to go and turn on the headlight noticed that my driver side headlight is perfect, while my passenger side started the normal warm up process where is was blue for a couple of secs, and now its pink. Any clues ideas, or anything. Checked the wiring everythings cool. Driver side normal, passenger side Pink and fail. Let me know please, I have a vacation coming up and wanna make sure if I have to either buy a new headlight or what. Thanks. PM with some responses.

sounds like someone touched the bulb when they took it out or put it in.
if so the oils in the hand will cause premature bulb failure,...not sure when,.....
is the bulb pink even at full warm up???

initial start up gives the blueish tint, then it warms up and is pink. while the driver side stays normal.

they say that a sign of a bad ballast, or one going out,...is weird color change but since you said it happened after you disassembled the lights my bet would be on a bad bulb, id personally replace them first and see, but only after you swap bulbs from side to side to see if the change follows the bulb. If in fact it is the bulb you dont have to spend 300 on new bulbs, just pm me and i will link you to cheap oem bulbs.

I think we all could use a link to cheap oem bulbs. There is no reason to hide your source, they will get increased business.
