Okay so I really need help, my drivers side low beam will not work, my high will but the low will not, I replaced the bulb, checked fuses that I know of and relay that I know of. It doesn't even flicker. Does anyone have any suggestions

 

Use a voltmeter to se if ther is power at the connector. If yes it's the bulb or connection to it. If no 12 volts it is upstream most likely the relay.

I bet it's the HID ballast.
