headlight issue

headlight issue

Guys, the little tiny circular light at the top of the headlight assembly (see attached image) keeps acting up in both headlight. they both come on and off, sometime one of them is on, the other is off some other time when you unlock the car they light up sometimes they don't. it's strange, has anyone came accross this before?
I would appreciate the input!
Just an update this morning, when I went to unlock the car, the lights didn't come on at all, and even after turning the car on nothing happened. Everything else in the car is fine... could it be a fuse issue? which fuse should I be looking at?
