Default Heater valve and coolant question

Hi guys. Quick question. I unplugged the rubber hose on the heater valve to move my ac lines around and some coolant spilled out. Now im afraid i have air in my system since it made hiccup noises as the coolant was spilling out.
Should i be worried? How do i ensure theres no air? Should i bleed my coolant again? Thanks guys

I think im okay. I ended up bleeding some fluid out of the front bleeder located next to the fuel rail.

I had the nose of the car slightly elevated, ran the car for 2mins, turned it off, open the bleeder for 15secs or so (bubbles came out), close the bleeder then repeated this process probably 10 times. Also filling the coolant reservoir. Very little bubble was coming out by the 6th or 7th time, mostly smooth stream of coolant.

Heater still blows hot air. Hopefully im good. Somebody chime in if i did something wrong. Thanks!
