Hi, I am having the clutch and brake pedal on my car(non s2000) adjusted. Is there any reason that the clutch and brake pedal must be of the same height? Is it alright if the cluth pedal sits higher the brake pedal?

Considering most people use different feet for the clutch and brake, it wouldn't matter a bit for them to be different heights. Just go with what's comfortable for you. I like to have my brake and gas pedal at the same height, so I can easily slide back and forth with my right foot.
