Default Help! ABS light after spring install

Just like the topic states. I installed a set of KG/mm supersport springs yesterday. Everything went well except when I started the car up the ABS light stayed on. I tested the brakes out, they are working fine except ABS is disabled. What could I have done to cause this and how can I make sure its not a false alarm or something?

thanks in advance!

You could have damaged an ABS sensor.. Follow the procedure in the Helms manual to check them.

Sounds like you may have dislodged on of the ABS lines when you were under there. Gonna have to get back under and do a visual inspection.

Anyone able to post a layout so he looks for the correct lines?

The ABS sensor line at each wheel is pretty obvious. They look like an electrical wire bundle. Just start at the ABS pick up by the wheel and trace it back until it disappears into the body.

Hmmm. So I checked all the wires (I think I was looking at the right ones) and everything seemed to be ok. Im not really sure what Im looking for but the wires seemed in tact and working fine. Not really sure what else to look for, not to mention the fact that this sorta thing seems to be outta my league. Any other suggestions before i just take it to the dealer?

You may have stretched one of the ABS wires and it's broken inside OR, you could have impacted the ABS sensor so that it is no longer aligned correctedly with the toothed wheel.
