Default Help Diagnose Vibration Issue

This came up out of the blue for me, and it's starting to get worse with every mile driven. Currently car is parked and I'm hoping to find a local shop to help diagnose.

What I'm experiencing is a heavy(and I mean heavy) vibration coming from the rear while driving. Gets worse after the cars been driven for a few minutes and components warmed. Gets worse anytime I am over 40mph. The tires sometime seem to sway a bit and you can feel it in the steering wheel as if the rear wants to lose it easily. I've had two occasions where the cabin has gotten really hot, and in some cases get a strange smell of something burning that I can't explain. Big hesitation at times when accelerating it almost feels like something mechanical not working properly in the rear to put or transfer power to the ground.

Really looking to see what people suggest or if anyone has had similar. It's a tough one to explain.

I drained the diff fluid and it was smooth and clean as butter. Replaced it anyway to make sure all was ok. The axles are newer(roughly 35k miles on them), but I know there is a chance they may have pitting. Don't think that was cause some of these issues though.
I don't believe it to be a sticking caliper as the car will roll forward and back with no issues while stopped. Also no excess heat from wheels or rotors when checked.

Wheel bearing maybe? How you I diagnose for sure? I have lifted the car and both wheels are firm with literally no play in them.
All lug nuts are tight, and the axle nut torque down 260.

I'm at a loss and out of options other then going to a tech(still trying to find one here in DFW as I'm new), but not sure what they will do different to diagnose.

All help appreciated!

If it is the CV cups you will notice is on acceleration and it will get worse with speed. It will be so bad you'll feel it through the entire car. What happens when you are doing 70 mph and you get off the throttle? What happens if you got WOT at 70?

The axles are suspect because they are new. The only time people replace axles on NA cars is when the cv pitting becomes an issue (and this is not completely necessary). I wonder if yours are even OEM.

The axles are oem. The cvs on the old ones were bad and i had access to bew oems for a good price since i worked at honda. Seapped them out but this feel different.
Off thottle from 70 and the car shacks and the tail pulls right a bit. Going wot it pulls slightly to the left it seems and just pulsates throughout.

I was thinking not the cvs due to the smell mainly and the weird loss of pull(mechanical hold back of power)

Got it. Just wanted to make sure. Not sure what to say about the smell but the pulling seems very indicative of rear tire pressure imbalance.
