I'm going to see if my digital camera can capture the noise and I'll upload it. Billman, how much does it usually cost to fix it since I have no automotive skill.

 

does it sound like light fluttering, or a fan sound? cause I have the exact same problem, and it seems like no one else can hear it, but me. I think mine is the auto chain tensioner, however I do not know how to change it myself, and I have asked my dealer on the price for labour to change it (part not included) and they said 500-600$ much too steep for me at the moment. does anyone have directions to fix it?

 

Have you asked the dealer to diagnose it?
