Help, diameter of the crank pulley?

I like the look through the front grill better than w/ the SpeedCraft IC. Randy's is wider. Is there a disadvantage to getting one that is too big?

Does the radiator get enough air to cool the engine with an intercooler blocking the entire air inlet?
