these couple days i've noticed something's wrong when i accelerate on 3-4 gear passed 7000 rpm, my engine would pause for a bit it just wouldn't rev smoothly all the way... is this possible that the engine misfires and i need valve adjustment? what else could be wrong?? any suggestions or info would be much appreciate!

 

Have your MAP sensor looked at.

 

Or just tap it. If you will do a search many have had the problem and just realigned the sensor with a sharp rap.
