have you checked your oil? dumb question i know.

only think i could think of would be the timing chain tensionor. would explain the tick under the hood, and also the "puffiness" of the exhaust.

how many miles on the car? when was the last oil change? what oil are you using? anything been done to the car recently/at all?

a bit more info from you could help us out.

Might be timing chain tensioner...but it doesn't seem loud enough. Does it sound like a diesel?

It sounds more like a sticking valve to me...at least as well as I can tell from the video. When was the last time you had the valves adjusted?

4.77's wouldnt do that. hmm, id say do a search around here for timing chain tensioner video's and see if they sound like your car.

also, mobil 1 is known for not quieting down the valve train like other oils. unless you just switched, i dont think that could be the problem.

hopefully somebody else will chime in.

doesnt sound too bad. What exhaust is that? You should have revved it with the butterfly on the throttle body so we could hear it. Time chains are louder on some s2ks
