anyone know if the feels rear spoiler will fit into existing holes for the OEM spoiler?

The answer to that is yes and no.
It requires to drill two holes for each ends.
Bottom spot does indeed drill into the OEM spoiler drill spot, however you need to drill addional holes each ends.

However here is one problem for you, in your signiture you listed OEM spoiler. If that is so then you need to fill up additional holes innersides made by your OEM spoiler.

Mugen's adjustable SS wings can cover up Feels wing's drill spots, I've done this, so I know.
