Default HELP fuel pump wont prime

FUEL PUMP WONT PRIME HELP PLSSSS!!

Hello all, I have a 2005 white s2k, first one 100000 miles, I've owned porsches , WRX STI, various sports cars...s2k EASY favorite, low matinence, vtec is too fun lol, just gorgeous looking car. I had a 2012 Porchse boxster S black edition top 186 mph( last year the Boxster got the Carrera engine, I get just as many complements on the s2k, one guy followed me in a Walmart parking lot taking a video lol

...but anyway SERIOUS issue with fuel pump priming, heres what I've already ruled out changed or got new parts.

New Fuel pump(didnt check or replace the wires on the fuel assembly in the tank).
New battery(new ground wire) previous one was too high starting voltage by 110 volts(probably burnt the relay)
Fuel relay was burnt(replaced)
Fuses checked and good to go
Blueish connector to the fuel pump wire harness outside tank, replaced. Connector wasn't shown continuity, but wires to the connector were.
Wires, from what I can get to, looks fine.
Guy before me put in the vacuum pump bypass(problem is wire scorching cause 1 wire detached from ECU (causing p1415 error code, nothing to do with the fuel pump but just giving info)
No ECU codes besides p1415(so I dont think the ecu is burnt as well, havent looked inside. Dont see any scorching besides relay and a wire on the vaccum pump bypass.
The car will crank and it WILL start using starter fluid, then dies shortly after. So probably, not faulty starter(i could be wrong). Plus no priming noise from the fuel pump.
Haven't checked the ignition switch, but IG2 relay next to the accessory power socket relay are fine.

So what am I missing to get the fuel pump to prime??...Everything besides checking the entire wires that run from front to back, has been checked.

1 month now, Basically every part including the pump has been replaced. Haven't replaced the entire fuel assembly that sits in the tank. I mean "maybe" a clog in the fuel line, but that shouldn't prevent the pump from priming?

PLSSSSS HELP, what else should I replace or check????
