Thumbs up Help! Looking for a crank/cam signal scope

Does anyone have to a oscilloscope graph (or diagram) of the S2000 crank cam setup?

I know the cam signal has 3 pulses per engine cycle (at TDC of 3 of the cyliders)
And I also know that the crank wheel has 12 teeth (24 pulses per engine cycle)

But I am looking for more info - where exactly are the 3 pulses, and how do these overlay with the crank pulses, width, position, etc.

This is a pretty specific question that the majority of the S2k owners would never need to explore. You'll probably need to hook up a scope to your car for the answer.

You'd probably be better off going to AEM's EMS forum and asking there. They have to have intimate knowledge of the pulses in order to tune for it.

Here is a scope wave form library but you have to be a member.

Hey if you can get a hold of a scope with a dual trace set up you can trace 2 patterns on the same screen and compare them. You can set up the ms/ divison to make it easier to read so you can see the reference tooth pattern on the cam/ crank scope pattern and see how they are timed in that aspect...
