Default Help misfiring codes

I have a 2000 ap1 91k miles. I'm throwing misfiring codes
P1399
P0304
Sometimes it say it's misfiring in all cylinders..
P0300-p0304

My car idles rough, when I pull out the coilpack on cylinder 4 idle does t drop down. Coil pack gets super hot. Even after I rotate coils. The coils I put into cylinder for will get hot immediately. Car also sputters from 2-3k.
At first it used to run rough on cold starts, the. Would drive find when warm. Recently the s2 has got worst now the cel is flashing. Runs really rich

I have read hundreds forums and know of all the possible problems. Before I start spending money I don't have. Where should I start?

Clean map sensor Zip tied
Spark plugs look ok
Coil packs look fine

Anyone know why only cylinder 4 coil pack would get hot after having the car on for seconds while the other 3 stays cool?

That cylinder may be running lean. Check injectors & valve lash
