Default Help with Mityvac oil change

Ok so I connected the little hose to the big hose and stuck it in the drain spout. Then I got to thinking, how hot should the oil temp be? The manual says normal operating temperature. Does that mean 3 bars, right after a 10 minute drive, or somewhere inbetween. Im scared that if its too hot, the components of the mityvac will f*** up overtime.

Thanks!!!!

Anyone using Mityvac????

I couldnt get the drain bolt off when I lifted the car (sprained wrist doesn't help) so I ordered a Mityvac to do it from the top. I really need help as Im trying to do this in the next hour.

Thanks

If Mityvac was desgined for changing oil, then you'll be ok with engine temp being hot.

You should be, should being the operative word.

You will be fine most dealerships use this and almost all BMW/MB dealerships use this or other machines rather then putting it on a lift.
