my check engine light is coming on and it is a p1259 vtec malfunction code i have changed my vtec pressure sensor and it is still coming on i have a afc neo and stage 6 in jax adjusted vtec to come on at 5600 and go off at 5200 please help the cel comes on when i do a long 4th to 5th pull at 120 plus thanks

I have a similar issue but I am turboed with an emanage. I think mine may be in the wiring. Do the normal things check oil level unplug and contact clean the map sensor( map whack) check the wiring to the vtec solenoid. Goodluck you will need that.

 

well now i tried to diable the vtec comtrol part of the afc neo and it reset the afc so now my tune is reset but instantly me cel went off. so i guess my car doesnot like the afc
