Default Help with shaking

Hey everyone, recently my car has been shaking pretty hard while I was braking. It seems to be shaking from the front passenger side of my AP2. I immediately thought it was going to be my brakes that needed to be changed until finally one day i was braking while going down a steep hill and came to a complete stop and my car kept shaking??? Made me realize that it only shakes when the g force is being pushed forward just like when im braking or how i was facing downhill on a steep hill.... Any suggestions? Im thinking either motor mounts or transmission mounts. Thanks

This is how you check the engine mounts...I would say that or rotors

Yes you can put a long pry bar under the corner of the throttle body, and pivot off the shock tower bolt to check for a broken mount.

Other side you can use the VTEC valve.

It may sound crud, but it only takes gentle pressure to lift the engine up by it's side.

Pry gently. A good mount will flex and stop. A bad mount will knock up and down.

Trans mounts can be checked by hand just by lifting on the back of the trans by hand.

Dif mounts inspect visually.
