Default Help! Tire Sticks Out On One side

I posted this in the suspention thread but apparently nobday cares there.... I will start off with saying that ive been lurking here for a few years... till I finally got my S2K 3 months ago... ive done MANY MANY searches and just want to state my on case here and hear your guys opinion....

So apparently I have the common SOMETHING bent issue... Passenger rear tire sticks out more than the Driver rear tire...
Ive read many things and The first thing I checked was the Subframe shifting issue... indeed it was shifted, fixed this... tire got a LITTLE better (meaning) passenger side poke went down a bit... but still sticks out, and driver side is totally tucked...

I know that other options may be the knuckle or the LCA... But I live in Dominican Republic I have to pay DOUBLE shipping of everything I buy in the states (shipping to Miami, and then shipping to my country).. and also I have to change local currency to dolars in order to buy... so anything I buy I actually hay to pay pretty expensive... wait an extra week, so I cant really afford to buy things without proper verifying to make shure I order whats really damaged, I NEED YOUR HELP, GUYS

Facts:
- Previous Owner did have a collision on driver rear.. with a curb...
- Wheels are 17x9.5 Advan RG's so I guess they shoud stick out a little instead of tucking the wheel... right?

Questions:
- How do I make shure its the knuckle or the LCA...
- In case of either part... do I have to buy the passenger side (the tire that sticks out) or the drivers side (the side that the wheel is tucked) Also like in other post.... tucked side looks lower than the side that sticks out... (this is measuring fender to tire distance)

View from rear...

View from the front....

View from front.... I put thinner tires and now it looks the same height

Take the car to a good alignment shop and have them analyze the rear sub frame and connected components and settings, you should be able to pick it apart. My guess is the sub frame is bent, or your toe and camber is really off on one side. But, considering the ride height looks off, this is where you should look first as it is a contributor, but most likely a symptom of a larger issue, like a bent sub frame.

More basic possibilities: Are the wheels actually the same size and offset? Does one have a wheel spacer under it?

^^^^ I inspected the subframe... alignment shop said subframe was ok... I did this first... noticed the subframe was shifted, we put it back into place... it got better but still looks off.

Wheels and tires are exactly the same 17x9.5 +37 with 235/45/17 tires on both sides... I had these wheels on my previous car and did not have this issue... plus on stock tires and wheels it still looked off so I know its not the wheels or tires.

im thinking it might be the knuckle... but I need, somehow a way to prove this before going ahead and buying one.

Did you measure the fenders? Each measured from car centerline?

like s2000 junky said get an alignment. Go to a good shop. They can tell whats off by readings what direction to start off with. Good luck

yeah man on my car the subframe was shifted. we shifted it back into place and was able to dial in my alignment specs……. but later on i got coil overs and noticed that one side was higher than the other so with much money spent i bought a used rear subframe that seemed to check out ok and installed that and now my car is perfectly even but i took a chance and bought the subframe instead of control arms or anything else and it worked out for me but i only really knew it was the rear sub frame when i pulled it out of the car and laid it on flat ground and noticed the imperfections so for you i hope its just the alignment or UCA or LCA
