Default help with vibration

so ive noticed this problem 5 times in the past two years .... it only happens when im on the highway going at least 70mph but it happens so rarely that i cannot pin point the issue, when i reach that 70mph speed the car shakes like i have a flat tire but goes away within the next 10-15 mins of driving. so i put the S on the lift the next day to check all the joints and everything is solid and ive read about the cv joints pitting due to having my car lowered but it does this thing only on the highway never local and i do have cv joint spacers installed i just wanna ask if anybody here have delt with this issue?? ive also changed the wheels just to make sure it wasnt a balance issue and it feels like the front end because the steering wheel shakes.. can it be a caliper problem ?? please any input will be appreciated thanks in advance plus i wanna take care of this issue before the Evans tuning meet on the 17th of this month.
