ok i think i just got the idle fixed ... had oil in the plugs ... changed the spark plug seals

had hesitation under hard acceleration at times prior to replacing the seals ...

now it seems like i have more hesitation under hard acceleration after changing the spark plug seals

i'm going to try changing the map sensor.

any other ideas ??

 

Just a question but are you allowing to let your car heat up before getting on it?

Have you checked the actual spark plugs and coil packs themselves to make sure their still good?

 

you sure it is not just the inherent lack of torque in these engines?

 

So all your sparkplugs had oil on them? Do you have blue smoke? I would search more into the oil on the sparkplugs seems your on the right track. Good luck.

 

problem fixed. the car was not hesitating, it was a vibration being caused from a pitted axle.
