UL, do you think HONDATA will ever make an engine management ECU for the F20C?

I don't sell the EMS, so I don't know what they go for these days, but a few months ago AEM cracked down on all the discounted selling. I believe they still retail for under $1500. That includes everything except a wideband sensor which is another couple hundred.

I don't think Hondata will do an F20C ECU in the immediate future. They could, but it would be expensive. They are looking at converting a K-series Kpro ECU over for an S2000, but it would actually be more expensive than the Kpro for the RSX - probably about $1200. However, you'd still have OBDII, stock starting/drivability and could likely pass emissions testing in many locales. In return you'd give up much of the extra features inherent in the AEM EMS.

That said, its all smoke and mirrors till it happens. I see the guys from Hondata every week, but I don't bug them about the F20C anymore

List I believe is a tick over $2k on the EMS, but nobody sells it for that much. It's usually in the $1250 to $1300 range.

So if you are comparing list to list is is very close in price. Plus with the V Pro you still have your OBD2 working.

But what if you compare street price? What can I get the V Pro for?

OK so is the Fcon V Pro really the only extensive aftermarket ECU(piggyback or not) that works with OBDII. My concern with the Fcon is the rarity of tuners.....

(emanage is ODBII but not as near feature rich....)

Anybody know all the Fcon Features/options?
