The sound and look of the HKS is lovely...
Performance increase is virtually nothing...
Weight savings in minimal...

Which one will give more boost to our s2k ? (Supersprint, RM, Greddy, HKS, Mugen, Spoon) Or all exhaust are made equal...No power gain...

If you are really looking for a difference you should look at the Amuse Titanium or Veilside. At most 3-4hp, but it will save some weight, which is like a little extra hp. They are pretty expensive though.

here is a really nice sound clip from science of speeds car that was posted up not to long ago. just high light it, right click and press copy, and then put it the spot where you type in the web pages. hope this helps how it sounds.

If you are looking for a good price, i think right now science of speed has a couple left going for $795 + shipping

I have had the HKS for about a year now. If there are horsepower gains, they are indiscernible, but it's darn near aural ecstacy to listen to the exhaust note from it

I dont know much about SS, RM, Greddy...

The general impression of the Mugen is that there is no HP increase... Some have reported a torque increase though...
The twin Mugen are definately ligher than stock and are little boomier sounding than stock... From people's impressions its not very loud....Quality is supposed to be top notch...

Spoon on the other hand, being a true N1 exhaust used in the S2000 Race Car is very loud. Single outlet design garantee's quite significant weight savings as well. Some have reported noticable performance increase throughout the rev range but i doubt it will very obvious from the butt dyno...I don't really dig the looks of the Spoon but the sound clips I've heard of it makes it my favourite sounding S2000 exhaust... Boomy down low... high pitched in high RPMS...

I got the HKS exhaust cause I liked the look of a twin exhaust and it made nice sounds as well.

Sort out your preferences and choose carefully!
