how much power can the stock ap2 tranny and rearend hold...and could it hold up wiht a S/C with 5psi and a good tune without having to worry about leaving parts on the road..obviously a clutch upgrade would be needed..any comments appreciated

 

you will have no problems running a SC @ 5psi with stock diff and tranny. Both can handle more power. The OEM clutch will last a little while, but an upgrade it certainly a good idea.. the stock fiction disc is up to the task, but the pressure plate doesn't offer enough clamping force.
