Default how bad is "dumping gear" on an ap2 differential

keep in mind the question i'm asking is mainly regarding to ap2...

based on the posts i've seen, people say ap2 differential is weaker than ap1's diff, can someone confirm this?

if that's the case, how bad is dumping the gear upshifting

dumping the gear meaning :
shifting really fast and as soon as you finish the clutch in, shift, u gas real quick.
then there goes dump! loud "poon" from the rear diff.

can an stock ap2 diffo take that "brutal force" cuz i don't want to be losing discs at the end cuz i dump the gears...

on the other hand, my friend's ap2 just simply removed the internals of the stock ap2 clutch slave cyl, his shifting feel is a lot softer but yet fast, catching when i perform the same way i shift on my car right now.

my friend dumps his gear on his ap1 for 80k miles already diff seems to be holding up still...

alright, let me make a shorter version of it.

1) which model got a stronger diff? ap1 or ap2

2) how bad is it to upshift quickly, gas right away make your diff "pop"?

ap1 u can do it all day,

question is for ap2 with a ap1 slave cyl swap done.

AP2 dif is reportedly stronger, but marginally.

AP2 with delay removed: if you try to shift like lightning, you will certainly fry the clutch in no time. The heavy flywheel cannot slow in that quick of time.

AP2 cars take a different technique to drive, esp with the delay removed. If you've got it down, you will always walk an AP1, stock for stock. Timing is everything.

yeah, i understand that. however i'm just concerned about the popping noise when u get on the gas, just the sound makes me think i'm doing some damage every time when i shift like that.

There should be no noises during shifting. Maybe a tire chirp here and there on cold mornings.

it's coming from the diff, and just imagine u want to chirp ur tire from 1st to 2nd.

u can hear this sound from any car without clutch delay.

I know what your talking about.......normal. You have to get off the clutch when your doing high RPM shifts or your clutch will suffer.

I guess I dont quite understand. I thought removing the CDV on the AP2 prevented the clutch from taking more of the damage because it engages quicker. Transfers torque to the rear diff quicker, etc.
Please correct me if I misunderstand.

Thanks,
