Did you remove the bolts where it attaches to the bell housing?

Keep looking for bolts. There are two that don't jump out at you.

You should look up the diagram in the shop manual. It lists all the bolts.

Don't forget the AC Compressor bracket and the two on the bell housing.

Once you are sure you have them all take a flat head screw driver and start prying. The hondabond takes some leverage to break the seal.

Make sure you have a new bottle of hondabond to put it back on.

Just removed/replaced mine this weekend. Remove all the 10mm vertical bolts (there are 1 or 2 that are hidden), remove the two 14mm bolts connected to the tranny/bell housing, and remove the two 14mm bolts connected to the A/C compressor bracket (driver's side). Also don't forget the sway bar

Pry like mad once all the bolts are removed. Hondabond + dolly pin = mad prying.

Edit: Didn't see you mentioned the back is stuck; it's probably the dolly pin which is the rear passenger side corner of the pan. That was stuck for me as well.
