Default Rear Subframe Bolts

There are 6 long bolts that hold the sub frame on. The helms calls for their replacment which doesn't seem to make sense.

They're hefty bolts and I can't understand how they could be "consumable"

Are they magic "crush" bolts?

Yes there magic, no, just kidding. Replacing these bolts is kind of extreme. I don't claim to be a master mechanic, but I would reuse these on my car if I were to remove them. By no means am I suggesting that you reuse them.

The Helm manual said to replace certain bolts on my Del Sol. I reused them with no consequence. The theory is, if you remove the bolts in question, then screw them back in, they could stretch to some degree, possibly making them prone to unfastening.

If you unfastened a bolt then refastened only one time, I dought that it would stretch. If you unfastened and refastened a number of times, then yes, they could stretch and be prone to loosening themselves

If I were to reuse a bolt "one" time, I would use high strength loctite along with proper torque. Again, I am not suggesting you reuse these.

The front subframe bolts are listed the same way and they are removed for any transmission removal. I have asked three Honda mechanics if they did that and all said no, and only one was even aware that where supposed to be.

There are many fasteners on the car listed that way and it is generally ignored. I wince sometimes when I reuse one but the really don't expect any problems.
