How do u remove the 2 side grills on the front bumper, do u have to cut it out?

 

Yes, you have to cut them. They are molded in.

you have to cut them. but what are you planing to put in those holes? if you just leave two big holes open, you are likely to promote corrosion of the body parts that would be exposed to water and the elements. just my 2 cents.
