How often do you 4.77 heads change fluid?
I'm not the diff master or anything of the sort, I had a friend install a set of 4.77's about 2 days ago, he definately knows whats hes doing, the thing doesn't even whine, this was free of charge for me. I'm very mechanically inclined motor wise, evening in a tuning aspect, but I am more into old school honda tuning and was never dealing with an actual rear differential car.
I was gonna say every other oil change, and I change my oil about every 3000-5000 miles depending on how hard I drive it that change out, or should I just go ahead and change it every 5000 miles with each oil change just for good measure, thanks!

That's your choice if it makes you feel good about it.
An annual (or every 10K to 15K miles) rear diff fluid change (except for the very first one, which should be after a couple thousand miles) is "more than adequate" for the average owner. Doing it that way if you have a higher gear ratio will still be "adequate". However, if you track the car or drive it daily to near abuse, then more frequent changes would be wise.

Look at how the gears "crush up" the oil when they slide against eachother.
Nothing but a thin layer of oil trying to avoid metal to metal contact.
I am amazed how such a small amount of oil does the job for so many miles.
Keep an eye on the magnetic drain plug during changes.
If you see a normal amount of shavings on it your OCI is certainly not to long.

Be sure to Heat cycle the gears for break in, once through that Every 5k or once a year is my fluid change cycle with LE530 , I launch often and have had no problrms yet. The key is to break the tires free at a high RMP so that you ease the strain on the drive line. 7K or +
