Default How to permanently disable VSA?

Instead of manually pushing the VSA off button each time you start the car, anyone permanently disable their VSA yet? What is the best way?

Why you want to do that ? VSA is good for slippery roads, you want to have VSA on whenever there is rain in CA (which is rare)

I doubt you can. It is likely programmed into the ECU, so if you remove the switch, then you leaving it on. I would guess since this is integrated with the DBW system it will not be an easy thing to do. Maybe get a Hondata ECU for the new 2006 models and there may be a way to.

Come on lazy, just push the little button.

Next thing we know, you'll want your lights to come automatically during the day. Wait...........I forgot.

Push the button is the easiest way.

Or buy a 00-05 car.

You probably could install a relay into the circuit that automatically "pushes the button" every time the car is started. This might or might be more complex that it seems at first glance.

I agree with most people, though, that for normal street driving it's probably just as well to leave it on. Some people get their egos wrapped around the strangest things (like 9000 RPM redlines or stability control that doesn't actually interfere with them).

Is the VSA really so obnoxious that you have to turn it off on a routine basis?
