However, one thing that hasn't been mentioned is the difficulty in reaching the front frame cross brace (front jack point) with a floor jack. Unless the jack is particularly low and/or long, it will not work. One solution is to drive the front wheels onto a 2x8 to elevate the front of the car enough to fit a floor jack underneath.
