I'm considering an electronic exhaust cutout to go with a header. I was wondering if anyone here SC'ed has installed a header and has dyno sheets to prove a power increase, please post it!

I'm pretty sure someone showed 10+whp gains with the Toda header on a SC application, but I'm too lazy to dig it out (plus, the search function didn't work the last time I checked).

 

Skychicken had the 1st post showing 325hp with a stock Vortech pulley, Toda header and EMS. My car makes just under 300hp, with a Toda header, a test pipe, using an E-manage. Given my problems with the bracket on the Toda breaking, I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. If I was going to do it again I'd go for a Mugen or Comptech header. To take advantage of the different flow properties of any header will require tuning with some dyno time.

My car ran very lean with the Vortech FMU and Toda combination, 13-14.5 AF ratio at WOT.
