Thanks everyone, and yes this should be stickied so people know about it with CAI, but to be honest, i should have realized it and it was a mistake on my end. However the first thing i am going to do when and if i get it running again will be to replace the CAI. Thanks everyone for the good luck...

LOL Naw it was not 1-2 feet deep. i'd say maybe 6 inches MAX, and my intake is on the right side where it should have been shallower. Problem was i believe that i dont have any fender lining in at the moment...
Anyway my problem was that i tried starting it up again without taking the plugs out and when i did so i heard that PING pretty sure that was one of the valves or rods being bent.
Billman was nice enough to call me and walk me through everything. If you guys stall in water, push the car out, take the plugs out try and start it a couple times to get any water out if its in there and than you should be good to go.

It's entirely possible that the engine is destroyed by the time it quits running the first time.
