Like I said... I put down the same numbers at 1500miles as I put down at 6000 miles (right at 200whp). But what do I know? I'm sure your buddy's car just needs to break in.

Mabye the vgs badge takes hp away.

J/K I think it probably is due to it being very warm in puerto rico, i believe thats where you are located. A cai will help that some.

i have a cupple of thoughts, one is go to stock and dyno the car their is a very good chance that you mods are hurting you. I think the tanabe exhaust is a peice but that is my opinion. Like some one metioned earlier your ecu may be a little less agressive then others. also everything may not be off sometimes you just get a bad motor, you may just be unlucky. just some thoughts
