Default I need to work out or fix whatevers goin on! Help!

So I'm boosting my car soon, getting everything ready so I go ahead and install a Competition Clutch 6puck sprung clutch disc and it came with heavier duty pressure plate. Not that it matters but resurfaced the AP1 flywheel.

After the install it's really hard to put into 1st gear, and reverse is even worse. Once you start driving the other gears arn't that bad but still a little knotty feeling.
(it goes back in the garage)
- bleed it like 100 times
- greased up the shifter a lot more than the first time
- changed the transmission fluid with OEM Honda fluid.

STILL have the same problem????

The clutch does not disengage on the floor and it's not way up top, pedal actually feels really good. About the same stiffness wise as the OEM.

Any help/suggestions??

i had cc stage 4 problems with my 08 si. Problem was it wasn't fully disengaging. I would say adjust the CMC push rod so it pushes the slave cyl rod out more when you push the clutch in.
