Default idle air control valve issue

I hate to bring up the topic again but my issue seems a little bit different. I recently started getting rough start up issues, where the engine would rev up to 6,000 rpm and slowly drops and idles fine. It will only do this when engine has been warmed up, so i did what i thought was the answer. I replaced the idle air control valve and didn't fix a thing. The motor has been fully built from block up and turbo charged. The ems is aem stand alone, ask me questions and i can respond with new imput, hopefully we can find the answer to this issue, thx

I would post this in the FI forum.

I would bring this issue up with the person who tuned the EMS...more than likely the problem is in the start-up fuel tables.
