Default Idle issue after driving car.

Don’t have immediate symptoms when car is cold/warming up. I notice it after driving and at normal operating temps. At a stop or idle the rpm will drop to 700 and spike to 1500. It’ll do this about every :20 seconds.
ill post a video.

When did this start? What the last thing you did to the car?

I had a SOS turbo installed. I noticed it doing it afterwards. Tuner said it could be a slow o2 sensor, he said not to worry about it?
Its quite annoying. People think I'm revving the car when I'm at a stop.
