Have you checked any engine codes? Another associate here is having similar problems and his car throws a TPS code.

well, i took the car to a friend, Todd Marcucci, we checked everything possible, turn out my throttle cabble was overly tighten!!! wen you let go of the gas, the throttle still have a tiny tini gap!, after we loosen the cable for a bit, the throttle was shut all way and no more bad idle and stalling, YAY for the problem being solve, and NAY for my stupid carelessness !!!

^^^ There is a simple throttle cable adjuster on the side of the throttle body. You can adjust the cable slack there. Sounds like the OP had gone past the freeplay amount and had the TB butter fly slightly open at rest, I guess the ecu doesnt like that and tried to compensate which created a poor idle. First I have heard of this issue coming up. There have been threads past where removing some of the throttle free play made for a more responsive car so this was kind of a DIY mod, but guess the OP got carried away a bit
