P0300
P0301
P0303
P0304
P0131
P0132
P0410
The car bogs/miss-fires at every start up, and is not drivable until engine is completely warm.
I have the following mods
Injen intake
DC header
Test Pipe
HKS Exhaust
I have done valve adjustment, checked spark plugs and many other things, threw in the towel finally can i get some help please.

When did this start up? To trouble shoot a problem, we need to know when it started and what was done to the car around the time the problem started.
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0131 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0132 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction

P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

Do you have the cel fix on your tp. Is it possible that you've been riding around with the cel light on and have had that bank one O2 code for awhile?
An O2 going out will eventually cause misfires.
I'd start with a new O2 and do an idle relearn. Give the wires a quick look while you're under there. If you don't want to throw money at it, YouTube "testing O2 sensors". There are ways to do it with a simple volt meter.
Besides that, I'd check for spark at the coil packs then go back to basics,,,valve adjustment, comp test, injectors, etc.

This guy had the same set of codes, minus the O2's.
It could be the other way around too. You may have a misfire, or multiple misfires that have gunked up your O2's.

How many miles does the car have? Is it the original O2 sensors.? Those go bad and can cause all sorts of problems

I'm actually getting all of the same codes with the exception of 131 and 132. I also have the P1399. My car does not bog, but does have a slightly rough idle and is still drive-able before complete warm up.
I did notice yesterday that the RPM's drop slightly when rolling up the windows or putting the top up/down.
I have not yet started to diagnose the issue, I will likely start that tonight. I'm going to start with a compression test and checking plugs. I do know that I have a ticking noise, I'm leaning towards it being valve noise and needing a valve adjustment.
