I have one too. I have just not installed it yet. For my install, I will be using an ECU cable to collect the info. Less wiring for me, more data available. 
I wish I knew their stinker support before I bought the product. I can't get any help from these people. There are lots of question before you can make this device operational...always not an easy answer. I learned a lot by myself without their help. There are good things and bad things.
If I will do it over again....perhaps I will take a chance using other dash, say like
