Well I got a DeWalt 14.4v with 1100 in/lbs of torque. Which my guess is 91.67 ft/lbs (1100/12). Its good enough to do wheels. It was $239.

The cheapest one available in say Home Depot is a Makita (or Ryobi, I forget) for $169. However its torque rating of 800 in/lbs isn't enough to pop the lugs off the car. There is also a Hitachi at lowes which also doesn't appear to be powerful enough.

So I think your budget is kind of blown if you want a cordless one.

Amazon has $50 off for up to a $250 order till 6/20. But this DeWalt for $200. and essentially get another $50 stuff free. Free ship. 100 ft/lbs.

The Milwakee Impact gun (cordless) has a full 240 ft/lbs of torque. It's amazing... I have one.

there's been a lot of debate about using an impact wrench to torque your lug nuts since it can often lead to destroying the integrity of your studs. i'd personally suggest sweating it out and doing it the old fashioned way. i torque mine to 75 ft-lbs, and i have yet to run into any issues with the numerous times i've had to take the wheels on and off, other than a little bit of cussing when they don't play nice.

Get a nice 1/2in breaker bar at Sears. Or a 3/8in ratchet plus a 11/16in open end.

I personally use the wrench to take the lugs off and to put them on to about 50 ft/lbs then I torque them. This is generally accepted to be ok.

All those would work... The one for $99 is a good deal. Just no name, no warranty except from HF.

You can really get some amazing deals there.
