Post InJen CAI Installation ?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to install my Injen CAI I couldn't figure a way to slide the 2nd pipe in place. Its seem like the "radiator fan" are in place and I'll need to remove it before I can slide the 2nd pipe of the CAI in. Is that what I have to do ??

Please Helps !!!

Thank You.

I Installed mine without removing the radiator fans. I know some people have. Most of the time you can just slide it in, if you have already cut out the plastic part under the car.
I actually did mine without taking the front bumper off too.
You shold be able to manuver and slide it in. I know i did.

It wont hurt to take off the fan. It's not that hard.

What tool did you use to cut the plastic? I have an Injen intake now that I bought used.
And... did you guys notice better acceleration once installed?

Thanks,
CB

One more thing...
Do any of you have an Injen installation manual for the S2000? I don't know if I'll need it, but if anyone has one...

Thanks,
CB

SPLNDID, you have to cut the plastic peice first before you can install the second peice. I used a dremel with a wheel cutter to cut my peice, just take your time and don't rush it or you'll end up with a scratch injen peice. Also I didn't use a manual to installing mine, it just bolts up like how you see. About better acceleration? After installing mine for the first time I did notice a difference but not much, it sounds tyte though. It almost sounds like a whistle every once and awhile, kinna funny but a friend of mine thought I had turbo with a cheap bov.
