No pics since my next install will be tomorrow, but hopefully i can put it into clear enough words...

As you look through the engine bay at the main undertray, you'll need to slice off a diagonal section from the passenger side vertical piece. Sound wierd? OK, take the undertray off and set it in front of you just as it would be on the vehicle. Using your left hand, grab the vertical piece on the left side...this is the piece that you'll have to take a large chunk out of. You may want to test fit a couple of times to get it right, but cut at about a 45 degree angle from the top back to the bottom front of that piece, leaving the screw hole on the top back of that piece ON the undertray.

For the wheel well, I definitely suggest multiple test fits. Put the pipe in loosely (line up the bottom pipe's bolt flange-thingy with the hole that it will attach to on the frame), and see where the end of the pipe will push through the wheel well cover (it points into the bumper's corner pockets). Use this to measure where the cut should be left to right, and then get at eye level with the pipe to see where the cut should be top to bottom. Cut about a 75%-sized hole, and test fit. Start making adjustements as needed.

Hope this helps...
