Probably need a dremel or something similar to cut the plastic paneling. Otherwise it's a simple install if you follow the directions.

It is pretty simple, a sharp box cutter will cut the flimsy plastic very well. Other than that all you will need is a philips and flat head screw driver and a 10mm socket, and maybe a couple hours.

If you can get one use a hole saw. It will cut a perfectly round hole.

Knight,

I've helped with several installs now, and invariably, the hole saw never works because there always seems to be some hole position adjustement needed. It sounds good, and seems like if you put the pieces together you could mark the position...so far, no such luck, things just move too much...what the hell, maybe it's worth another shot.

i needed two tie wraps with mine to secure the hoses on the thingamajig (excuse my techinal incompetance) and make sure you dont break the little plastic connectors that hold the shroud on the bottom. as for the hole you have to cut, good luck getting that thing perfect. hopefully aem sent you the right hoses.
