Default Installed TP question

Put on an Invidia 60mm TP yesterday and noticed there was a significant amount of play at the doughnut gasket tightened it as far is it would go. I have yet to start the car so Im not sure if there is a leak but should it have been replaced? its the original one its been on there for 5 years. TP opening seemed real big hard to imagine the oem gasket would work with a 70mm unit.

Start the car... If theres a leak replace it... Motors not going to blow from an exhaust leak.

No shit Didn't start the car because I intend to load flashpro when I get a chance later this week. I also plan to disable the secondary o2 sensor with flashpro. Didnt care to throw a code then have to clear it, yeah easy and lazy. Figure Ill start it after I flash it.

I guess my point was the doughnut looks to small. Then again looks are deceiving.
