Default CEL on, codes P0141, and P0420

So I installed my invidia 70mm testpipe, 2 anti foulers and steel wool. It's been 785 miles give or take and I just got a CEL today on my way home from work. Pulled these 2 codes

P0141 --------------- Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Sensor 2)
P0420 --------------- Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold

Could those 2 b caused by the testpipe install? keep in mind this is a MY06

Mods:
Fujita CAI
invidia 70mm tp
invidia 70mm dual

Car still runs normal

Thanks

Well i have never heard of the 1st one being caused by a testpipe, but im sure it is... and the second code defiently is. You said that you put steel wool in the faulers? thats interesting never heard of that before, also did u drill out the 2nd fauler or just the first?

just get an O2 canceller. It is an extension for the bung. Shoul clear up your woes.
