I was unable to find anything after searching since most posts lead to the flickering problem. I had the flickering problem before (and also this occasionally) but replaced the rectifier and the flickering is gone.

Today when driving as soon as I turned on the blinker, the entire instrument panel and dash lights began to blink bright to dim at the same pace as the blinker. As soon as the blinker turns off, so does it. I tried increasing the gauge brightness but it didn't make a difference.

Any ideas?

 

Do you have LED bulbs in your cluster?, mine does that but I upgraded the cluster to LED's.

 

I upgraded my dash lights to LED, but not the cluster yet.
