It's a Spoon replica and directs cold air to the stock air box.

It is slightly resrictive at one section where the cross-sectional area is quite small.

I have the IDI one and you will notice better throttle response, but no real power gains. I like it, it's not loud and is easy to install. I paid more than that for my used one.
