Default intake manifold help

Hey guys, So I'm in the middle of removing my intake manifold(which has been a PITA) and i am a little stuck. I have removed everything that needs to be removed from the mani to pull it except for the coolant temp sensor. Its all the way up against the firewall, and as of now i have made enough room to be able to get my average sized hand in there I can't for the life of me figure out where the clip is on the connector. I have tried to pull back the weatherproof rubber insulator but i can't, and i have been squeezing it all over trying to find the latch. can anyone tell me which direction the latch faces or if there are two? thanks for the help guys i am just exhausted with this project.

There is one latch and no two sensors will be in the same position as it's a threaded item.

The easiest way to remove is to look for a rectangular raised hump in the rubber boot and squeeze there about 1/2-3/4" away from the manifold itself, push the connector towards the sensor to keep it from binding and squeeze the crap out of that raised portion, then pull away. It IS possible to slide the boot back, but requires a bit of patience. I usually roll it back over itself rather than trying to slide the boot off and away.

Good Luck!
